sam and mia

Relationships — tiffany at 2:21 pm on Tuesday, May 22, 2007

In just a few short weeks, Sam and Mia will be getting married…June 23rd! We are so excited about their wedding. They are a great pair, and we have some mutual friends as well.

Their ceremony will be held at the chapel at Wabash College. Their reception will follow at the Bridgewater Club which happens to be where they also reside. Because they are avid golfers, Nate joined them on the course one morning. He was able to capture their perfect form, and their favorite pets!

kyle family

Generations — tiffany at 11:44 am on Tuesday, May 22, 2007

Kevin Kyle was recently deployed to Iraq as a Medevac pilot. Before he left, he and his wife gathered their children and only grandson for a family portrait. They headed to Eagle Creek for a hike just as the leaves were starting to appear. It has been several weeks since the shoot…sorry we are just getting around to posting. The busy season has us BUSY! We have the highest respect for this family. And, we wish Kevin a safe missionkyleblog-0001.jpgkyleblog-0003.jpgkyleblog-0004.jpgkyleblog-0005.jpgkyleblog-0007.jpgkyleblog-0006.jpg.

brides noir

Marriages — tiffany at 3:08 pm on Friday, May 18, 2007

One of our favorite weddings of 2006 has been featured in Brides Noir magazine. Erika and Victor held both their ceremony and reception at the Indiana Historical Society. They were so enjoyable to work with, as was their wedding party. They currently reside in Michigan. Erika is a plastic surgery resident at the University of Michigan and the groom an engineer at Ford Motor Company.

Erika gave great advice on planning a wedding…from the color scheme to signature touches. She also suggested, “Hire a wedding planner. It almost felt like we paid someone to deal with all the stresses of the day…which was money well spent.” Her wedding planner was Rebecca Raymond of Event! Fantastic. We appreciate any time that Rebecca has been involved in the weddings we shoot.

Congratulations to Erika and Victor who are celebrating their first wedding anniversary this week, May 19th!

tiffany and jeff

Marriages — tiffany at 4:24 pm on Thursday, May 17, 2007

Tiffany and Jeff had a beautiful wedding at St. Joan of Arc with a reception following at the Montage. There were some awesome details but we especially loved Tiffany’s veil….you don’t see them as ornate as this anymore. We should have their wedding album design up within a few days. Enjoy!

sarah and brett

Relationships — tiffany at 11:41 pm on Tuesday, May 15, 2007

Sarah and Brett are planning to wed on August 18th at the Meridian Street Methodist Church with a reception following at the Marriott Keystone. We are so excited to photograph their wedding considering they changed their original date to accomodate our availability.

From our first meeting we hit it off…they arrived with their family in tow! We enjoyed their laid back attitude and quirky details for the big day. All I can say…is we cannot wait to see the father-daughter dance. It will the first of its kind for us. Apparently, the bride’s father has an enormous vinyl record collection. And, the dance between he and his daughter will not be traditional in any sense! You’ll have to check back at the end of August…I don’t want to give away any suprises.

So…here are some of our favorites from the engagement shoot. They bought these coordinating sneakers just for the shoot! Love them…brower9.jpgbrower10.jpgbrower5.jpgbrower3.jpgbrower6.jpgbrower8.jpgbrower7.jpgbrower4.jpgbrower2.jpgbrower1.jpg

video bloopers

Cool Stuff — tiffany at 7:45 am on Friday, May 11, 2007

We want to SHOUT OUT a HUGE thank you to Bob Ridge of IndyVisual for filming and editing our introduction videos that are now an integral part of our NEW web site. He had to endure working with two siblings as they stumbled over words, laughed constantly, and gave each other a hard time.

In fact, by the end, Bob was convinced that he had to pull together the bloopers as a “Harry Met Sally” rendition. They are the best!

We truly appreciate Bob working with us on this effort. If you are in the market for a videographer, call Bob please! Tiffany
