molly and blake

Marriages — tiffany at 3:55 pm on Thursday, August 28, 2008

You cannot help but immediately being attracted to the energy of Molly and Blake. Heck, they make us feel like superstars with their endless compliments. But if you are an IU fan…then they are your best friends.

We had never been to where this wedding took place at the Findlay Country Club in Findlay, Ohio. It was a gorgeous day that was filled with emotion. After the ceremony, seven balloons were released in memory of family members that were lost in a car accident this past winter, including Blake’s father.

Blake’s brother was told he would never walk again. Well…he was able to walk a few steps into the reception to everyone’s surprise.

The reception was nothing short of fun with the IU Fight Song cutting into the first dance and the passing of the fiddle during Dixieland Delight.

We know we will see this couple for years to come. Check back in a few days for their wedding album design. Enjoy!

kaleigh

seniors — tiffany at 12:21 am on Wednesday, August 20, 2008

Kaleigh is so versatile…she had a thousand different looks during this shoot. She is also strikingly beautiful and so much fun. Oh…and did I mention she is super smart too? We just love Kaleigh!

I saw this kick *** turquoise blue 1957 Chevy truck the day before her photo shoot. I walked straight up to the owner and boldly asked if we could ‘borrow it’ the next day. Thankfully, I knew him and he was very accommodating (thanks Ed!).

In some of these images, I just want to scream, “I love Indiana!”

beth and david

Relationships — tiffany at 11:54 pm on Tuesday, August 19, 2008

Beth and David are planning a fabulous wedding in Lexington, Kentucky next June. This wedding of ‘buttercream’ will be held on her mother’s estate and horse farm. Nate will certainly take advantage of the stone fences and barns for images…he is already excited!

Coincidentally, Beth and David have ventured into the wedding business as of late. They own and operate Indy Photo Booth…so if you are looking for some fantastic fun at your wedding for your guests…look no further. Enjoy!

Generations — tiffany at 11:43 am on Monday, August 18, 2008

Abby contacted us over a year ago in hopes of getting pictures of her one-year old daughter, Ella.  Low and behold we had to reschedule the photo session when she learned she was again expecting.  So…skip a year ahead and we are photographing now a family of four!  Abby is close friends with one of our first brides YEARS ago.  We were thrilled to capture this time in their lives.  Enjoy!

kacie’s farm

Generations — tiffany at 9:52 pm on Sunday, August 17, 2008

Nate and I are not originally from Indiana,  Truth be told, we are kind of city kids, however we have grown to love Indiana’s landscape considerably.  In fact, we really have a ‘thing’ for old barns and vast fields of crops.  We were pleased to have the opportunity to shoot a pregnancy shoot on a local farm which included all the cool stuff…a silo, tractor, corn, etc.  They provided great backdrops for a very personal session for Kacie and their soon to be baby!

Kristi is the kind of gal you just want to throw your arms around because she is so kind. I also think she is a dead ringer for Michelle Pfeiffer but as a brunette. She and Chet share a deep faith and were married outdoors in Schererville at The Halls of St. George on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. It was a simple day yet with profound beginnings.

We wish Kristi and Chet well as they relocate to Houston, Texas.

You just cannot get any cuter than this little guy, Rhys. With those blue eyes and blond hair…he is a future heartthrob. His parents, Laura and Ryan, won their portrait sitting at the Annual Children’s Museum Golf Outing with Accenture. Enjoy!
