Nate and Helena had a BOY this morning…and a big boy he is.  He was born at 5:24am weighing 9lbs. 6 oz.  He is healthy, with a head full of hair.  We all visited him this morning, along with Big Sister, Elin.  They were excited to see him…they only wished they could have touched and poked him.  Welcome to the family, little man!

Marriages — tiffany at 5:36 pm on Saturday, December 27, 2008

We hit it off with Sarah and Peter from the onset.  They are genuinely happy and kind people that bring out the best in each other.  Their priest says that they speak a ‘secret language.’ I think they may be the only couple that has told us they enjoy grocery shopping together too.

Plus…we loved the fact that we could photograph a bride and groom in Zionsville.  Despite us being located in this quaint town, we never have the opportunity to photography couples here on their wedding day.  Their ceremony was held at St. Alphonsus Church followed by a reception at Ritz Charles.  The beautiful, autumn floral decor was created by Tiffany Mullen of Eventful Florals.

Check back in a few days for their wedding album design.  Enjoy!

Stephanie and Mark are infectiously cute.  I love Stephanie’s smile…she just draws you in with her bubbly personality.  And, Mark just seems super easy-going and kind.  Nate said it was one of the best groups of people he had worked with all year.  He really enjoyed spending the day with them.

Their day began at the Omni Severin and progressed to Holy Spirit at Geist where they had an uplifting and emotional ceremony.  Everyone later returned to the Omni for an emormous party with Dave and Rae.  No wonder Stephanie and Mark picked these two to keep the party going all night as they met at IU.

Check back in a few days for their wedding album design…enjoy!

We are really excited about Michele and Brian’s upcoming wedding in March. It will be our first opportunity to shoot at the new Renaissance Hotel in Carmel…a very chic spot!  Michele is planning a modern, yet Asian-inspired wedding theme with a lot of candles, unique centerpieces and beautiful linens.  Anyway, we have enjoyed getting to know this couple during their planning process. Only a few short months away.  Enjoy!

Jordan and Mark are planning a Destination Wedding on the beautiful island of St. John in April. As always, the talented Kate Berglund of KB Design is creating a sensational brand around the entire event. We wish Jordan and Mark the very best.  They are clearly in love and laugh together easily. Enjoy!

Even though we are not shooting the wedding between Katie and Josh, we wish them the very best.  Nate had a great time with them while they cruised around the Mass Avenue area.  They are adorable together.  Enjoy!

P.S. Kind of enjoying this collage-thing again.  Thoughts?

I think Joey’s Senior Shoot with Nate was painless, but on the contrary pretty fun.  We shot the wedding between Joey’s mother and stepfather several years ago.  We have loved their clan ever since.  Enjoy!

P.S. Tried giving the collage thing a whirl again.
