a salute

Despite the rain we have accumulated over the past weeks…it is summertime! My house is full of kids (and not just mine) on a daily basis. You wouldn’t believe the amount of food children can consume. But we are having a lot of fun. I have such fond memories of summer. I hope my kids will too! Here are some snapshots of the local gang…

We were so excited to meet another sibling team…especially a COOL one…after Carly and Mandy called us to photograph their popcorn and accoutrements this past winter.
They are two incredible women that started the hottest popcorn shop in Indianapolis called Just Pop In. They have two locations, as well as a strong online presence. If you have done any traveling out of the new airport in Indianapolis, you have surely ’smelled’ their yummy products. The smell of popcorn fills the terminal.
Below is a small sampling of their products. Stop in to see Carly and Mandy some time…you will like them as much as we do. And, you cannot beat the flavors of their popcorn, nuts, and seasonings. Enjoy!

Fabulous wedding in Newport, Rhode Island for Brooke, Nate, and their closest friends and family. Both the ceremony and reception were held at the Castle Hill Inn. And despite the rainy weather leading up to their wedding day, they were able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony among sailboats passing by.
We wish Brooke and Nate the very best. Check back in a few days for their wedding album design. Enjoy!

We had a lot of fun photographing all of the children that attended the Cupcake Party at Ballerinas and Bruisers in Zionsville. Summer fun…enjoy!

We were honored to be the distinguished photographers for the Opening Gala of the Tut Exhibit at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. It was an amazing evening for the 800+ guests in attendance…definitely one of the hottest tickets in Indianapolis. Gene Huddleson of Detail & Design transformed the new addition of the Museum that took all of the guests to Egypt for the night.
If you haven’t made arrangements to visit the museum for the exhibit…it is a must. It is hard to fathom that all of these artifacts were missing for three thousand years and then found virtually intact.
We would like to sincerely thank the exhibition team for selecting us as the exclusive photographers for the event. It was an honor. Enjoy!

It is no surprise that Daniel is a highly ranked swimmer…he has that Phelps-type physique that makes there no question. Toward the end of the shoot we photographed sister and Mom. Enjoy!
