mill top

The Mill Top is a cool, sophisticated venue opening on the North side of Indianapolis in Noblesville.  From the images you can tell this 1800′s architecture is clearly under renovation.  However, by June they will start holding their first events.  Set next to railroad tracks, this venue will surely provide an incredible backdrop for images. Thanks to Sales Manager, Leah McFarland, for giving us an insider peek.

The Indiana State Museum held an extraordinary Gala entitled “For The Love of Lincoln” sponsored by Lincoln Financial Foundation and Barnes and Thornburg.  It was a beautiful event that the entire staff took part in planning.  We were honored to be part of this event because Indiana was granted the permanent exhibit of Lincoln’s artifacts, among many other museums nationwide.

To view the full collection of images from the event, go to Pictage, search under ‘Lincoln Gala.’  Thank you to the ISM Team and sponsors.  Enjoy!

LOVE is in the Air was a perfect theme for Ace Party Rental’s Bridal Show at the Executive Airport and Hangar. It certainly made a unique backdrop for the afternoon affair which included a fashion show by Bliss Bridal Boutique and Cake Dig (WOW!) by Heavenly Sweets.  Thanks to Kelly for asking us to photograph such a cool event.

We were honored to collaborate with Accent on Indianapolis as they helped CSX Transportation unveil two locomotives of its kind in Indiana.  These engines were not only refurbished from old train engines but built to be 80-90 percent more environmentally clean, providing a much more quieter and economical solution.

This was certainly a step away from weddings and portraits, but we enjoyed the opportunity and believe strongly in finding ways to improve our environment.

just pop in

Commercial — tiffany at 5:14 pm on Tuesday, July 21, 2009

We were so excited to meet another sibling team…especially a COOL one…after Carly and Mandy called us to photograph their popcorn and accoutrements this past winter.

They are two incredible women that started the hottest popcorn shop in Indianapolis called Just Pop In.  They have two locations, as well as a strong online presence.  If you have done any traveling out of the new airport in Indianapolis, you have surely ‘smelled’ their yummy products.  The smell of popcorn fills the terminal.

Below is a small sampling of their products.  Stop in to see Carly and Mandy some time…you will like them as much as we do.  And, you cannot beat the flavors of their popcorn, nuts, and seasonings.  Enjoy!

tut gala

Commercial — tiffany at 9:23 pm on Monday, July 13, 2009

We were honored to be the distinguished photographers for the Opening Gala of the Tut Exhibit at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.  It was an amazing evening for the 800+ guests in attendance…definitely one of the hottest tickets in Indianapolis.  Gene Huddleson of Detail & Design transformed the new addition of the Museum that took all of the guests to Egypt for the night.

If you haven’t made arrangements to visit the museum for the exhibit…it is a must.  It is hard to fathom that all of these artifacts were missing for three thousand years and then found virtually intact.

We would like to sincerely thank the exhibition team for selecting us as the exclusive photographers for the event.  It was an honor.  Enjoy!

Nate collaborated with the Sonesta Boston to photograph images of their new outdoor patio where they hope to host more rehearsal dinners and showers.  I should have put this collage together when I wasn’t hungry.  I was salivating like Pavlov’s dog.
