Jen and Scott are not only kind and gentle but two deeply faithful people. When you are in their presence it is evident how many young lives, especially Jen, has touched by being so integrated into the youth group organization at Eagle Church.

Their cabaret-style ceremony, officiated by two pastors from Eagle with whom they have special relationships with, was one of the most beautiful, and touching ceremonies we have witnessed. It included a special sand ceremony between this newly integrated family of Jen, Scott, and Scott’s four children. Many happy tears were shed and enormous smiles were seen throughout the day.

We could not be happier for Jen and Scott. They are good friends, and a wonderful example of how waiting for the right partner is so well worth the wait. Congratulations!

P.S. I think yellow is our favorite wedding color!

Brooke and Scott had a beautiful late-Autumn wedding in Louisville, Kentucky. We were so grateful to take part in this event as Brooke is near and dear to our hearts. She is not only stunning but a sweetheart through and through. And honestly, as wedding photographers, it was also a thrill to see our three girls walk down the aisle as flower girls for likely the only time in their lives.Their ceremony was held at the Second Presbyterian with a reception following at Oxmoor Country Club. We wish Brooke and Scott are wonderful future.

Jamie and Chris are an easy-going couple that know exactly what they want. They don’t sweat much at all. And…they love to kiss!

I am not sure what it is but each year our November weddings luck out with amazing weather…theirs was no exception. The blue skies provided a great backdrop for pictures, and allowed us to adventure around the city for awhile after their ceremony at St. John. As always, the Omni Severin is a stunning venue for a wedding. It especially captured the vision Jamie and Chris had for their wedding.

An enormous congratulations.

What an honor to photograph Annie’s wedding after doing so several years ago for her sister. Annie and Danny are so much fun, and have surrounded themselves with friends and family just the same. And talk about stunning…wow…her eyes are amazing. But we just love how these two laugh together.

They lucked out with beautiful Autumn weather. Their ceremony was held at the majestic St. John followed by an awesome reception at Meridian Hills Country Club. A huge congratulations Annie and Danny. I love how even those two names go together.

It isn’t often that we get to photograph such an intimate wedding, especially between a young military couple. We were so honored for the opportunity to be such an important part of Molly and Jacob’s wedding day. They are sweet, adorable and soooo in love. The wedding was postponed by a week after Jacob was unable to get back on leave. So, it was such a special celebration between their friends and family at the Union League Club. We are so very happy for them and wish them the very best

Wow…what an unbelievable outdoor wedding at Meridian Hills Country Club for Nancy and Brian. The weather could not have been more perfect…a bright blue sky with enormous white clouds. Sometimes I feel repetitive saying that we love everyone in the wedding party…but we just did! They were fun and relaxed. Rachel Dillow allowed for ample time to take pictures around Marriott North as well as the Country Club. So, by the time the ceremony took place, Nancy and Brian, along with their families and wedding party, could just enjoy the experience. We (our kids) are still waving their pink pom-poms. Congratulations!

What a classic, beautiful wedding full of cheer and excitement! And…what a gorgeous couple. This is a perfect example of how much fun it is when a couple sets aside time to take pictures before and after a wedding ceremony. It not only reduces the stress of the day but it allows us an opportunity to have so much fun with the wedding party.

Nicole and Tyler’s first meeting was so sweet. It is always such an honor to be the fly on the wall during that private, intimate moment. We love our jobs when we can witness that kind of love between a bride and groom.

After the ceremony, the wedding party bus took a tour around the city stopping in the Fountain Square area. Then off to the magnificent Columbia Club where Kim King Smith had created an amazing transformation of the ballroom.

Leslie and Matthew are such an awesome pair surrounded truly by warm, loving, and jovial families. We felt part of the group immediately. We do not often photograph the rehearsal dinner but we are so glad they asked us to. It gave us a chance to see everyone relaxed and having fun before the nerves of the wedding set in. Plus, we had the opportunity to learn more about this extraordinarily driven couple that love to travel the world…and I mean really travel. In fact, when I asked Leslie what she thought made them most unique as a couple, she said, “Our passion for traveling the world. And our excitement for doing it together for here on out!”

The entire wedding day was spent at the luxurious JW Marriott with both the ceremonies and reception held onsite. It was simply perfect to the guest but there was a great deal of effort that went into planning this wedding. The JW has an incredible staff that took great direction from the overall wedding planner, Leslie Jones.

Some of our highlights from the day included: seeing their names on the scoreboard at Victory Field, listening to the heartfelt toasts given by their family members, and watching Matthew share a special dance with his grandmother, a cancer survivor.

We are grateful to Leslie and Matthew for letting us be a part of their amazing day.

I love the way the relationship between Heather and Kevin began…when they were SIX years old. Unfortunately, Kevin moved away in sixth grade. It is only through modern technology that they reconnected 23 years later. Love it!

They are inspired by nature, and love the outdoors. Needless to say, an outdoor ceremony in a garden was a must. The Indianapolis Museum of Art provided the perfect backdrop for their wedding dream and it was spectacular. Even though thundered rolled during the ceremony and strong gusts of wind blew, not a drop of rain fell. It is amazing to see how there was a plan in store for them.

Monica and Wayne are a wonderful couple that had a perfect wedding day in Chicago. Despite the major renovation that is currently taking place at the magnificent St. Michael’s Church, the ceremony was beautiful. Following it, we hopped on a trolley for an adventure around Chicago that took us past the Water Tower and Washington Park.

Newberry Library (yes…where the book Time Traveler’s Wife is set) was the venue for Monica and Wayne’s reception. We love photographing here because it is grand, while remaining intimate. There is wonderful history around this building. Their reception was full of warm and hilarious toasts. You can always count on a lot of banter between Cubs and Sox fans! And, we have never quite witnessed a dance floor as packed.

Congratulations…we were honored to be a part of Monica and Wayne’s wedding.
