Congratulations to Kimberly and Michael, who have a great story about how they met on a road trip to a lake cottage for a weekend with mutual friends.  We are honored to photograph their wedding in October at the Carmel Lutheran Church with a reception following at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. Thankfully, wedding coordinator, Kathy Ray, has all under control.

We are designing a save the date for St. Patrick’s Day…so we will post it when we have it complete.

Katie and Tom have one of those stories that we just became engrossed in as they told it.  Katie, a few years older (sorry Katie) than Tom became acquainted with each other through her younger brother.  It just so happens that this couple met in the comfort of her very own home.  Tom and Katie’s brother are the best of friends.  What may have been an awkward situation turned out to be a blessing for them all when Tom proposed on Longboat Key.

Katie and Tom, along with the assistance of their wedding planner Darcie Kornmeyer of Circle City Planners, are planning a fabulous wedding at St. Peter and Paul with a reception following in the Grand Hall of the Scottish Rite Cathedral.

These fans of ’slapstick humor movies’ are going to be a lot of fun the day of their wedding.  We are looking forward to a great day in September.  Congrats!

The wedding isn’t until July but we are in regular contact with Brittany.  She is just one of the brides we instantly had a connection with. She and Carter are clearly stunning…see below.

They, along with wedding planner Tonya Shadoan of Circle City Planners, have their eyes set for a romantic wedding with slate grey and deep purples at Christ Church and the Skyline Club.  While we certainly welcome the slow, Winter season in the Midwest, this is a wedding we are looking forward to in 2010.

Very excited for the upcoming wedding at Christ Church and the Columbia Club in January with Barbara and Evan.  They have amazing chemistry.  Congratulations!

To get to know each couple better, we give our brides and grooms a series of quirky, simple questions to consider.  For those who know Erica, it probably comes as no surprise, that we received an 8-page color document including pictures with captions!  I think it was just as much fun for them to fill out as it was for us to read.

We hit it off from the beginning, especially considering that Nate has the same wild passion for cycling as do Jason and Erica.  In fact, they met while running at Carmel High school and their paths crossed again during Little 500 at Indiana University.  Bikes have been a part of their lives, including their engagement.  It seemed only fitting they we go to Bloomington for their engagement shoot…with a bike!

Along with the help of Monica Richard of Detail & Design, Erica and Jason are planning a spectacular wedding at Hilbert Circle Theater and the Arts Garden.  Congratulations!

We were super excited to meet Christine and David for the first time at their engagement shoot.  What a beautiful couple.  They are planning a fantastic wedding in May at the Indiana State Museum.  Enjoy!

We were very excited to hear that Abbie and Gabe were engaged after getting to know them at Abbie’s parents vow renewal last year.  They are planning a late-November wedding with the help of Tonya Shadoan from Circle City Planners at both the Indiana State House and Crowne Plaza.  Congrats…we are excited to see you walk down the aisle!

Great couple that we are thrilled to be photographing their wedding next May.  We met Lee in 2006 when his twin brother was wed which, by the way, is another fantastic couple.  It was very exciting when he called to tell us he had popped the question to Ame. They are perfect together. Congratulations…we cannot wait to see you walk down the aisle. Enjoy!
